In-Person Support

Service Accommodations

We offer various accommodations to ensure our screening services are accessible to everyone.

Wheelchair Accessible Locations

All our permanent screening locations are wheelchair accessible with step-free access, accessible toilets, and appropriate space for mobility aids.

Communication Support

We can provide British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters or written communication support with advance notice. Please let us know your requirements when booking.

Extended Appointment Times

If you need additional time due to a disability or health condition, please inform us when booking and we'll schedule accordingly at no extra charge.

Companion Access

Carers, support workers, or companions are welcome to accompany you to your appointment free of charge.

Home Visits

For those unable to travel to our locations, we may be able to arrange home visits in certain areas. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Quiet Appointments

We can schedule appointments during quieter times and minimize sensory stimulation for those who need a calmer environment.
