Nichola’s expertise lies in orchestrating teams and implementing robust systems and processes that are essential for scaling businesses efficiently. Melissa Tan is a versatile and dedicated professional with extensive experience as a Virtual Executive Assistant, Administrative Director, and Operations Manager across diverse industries. With a background in Psychology from the University of Saint La Salle, Melissa combines empathy, superior communication, and exceptional organizational skills to deliver outstanding results. Her career foundation is built on customer-centric roles, having excelled as a Sales and Retention Specialist, Customer Service Representative, and Technical Support Representative across industries such as insurance, telecommunications, airlines, and online retail.

Thomas Rhodes
Junior Screening and Bone Health Trainer
Screen My Bones is proud to introduce Thomas Rhodes, who, despite being only 17 years old, brings a unique blend of youthful enthusiasm and worldly experience to the team. Having traveled extensively alongside his father, Gary Rhodes, and Nichola Taylor, Thomas has gained a rich and diverse perspective on global health and wellness. His education, both in the UK and Spain, was complemented by online learning, fostering his adaptability and broadening his knowledge base.
Thomas’s passion for health and fitness is evident in everything he does, and he is genuinely excited to be part of the Screen My Bones journey. Certified as an osteogenic loading trainer, Thomas has a solid understanding of Biodensity and Powerplate technology. He has already worked with real-life clients, including senior and deconditioned individuals, to increase their strength, balance, and bone density, contributing significantly to improving their skeletal health. In addition, Thomas has experience assisting athletes with rehabilitation, showcasing his versatility and commitment to enhancing physical well-being across different demographics.
Thomas’s well-rounded knowledge of these advanced modalities positions him as an eager and capable member of the Screen My Bones team, ready to support the mission of advancing musculoskeletal health. PD Dr. Anna J. Schreiner
PD Dr. Anna J. Schreiner is a distinguished medical professional with extensive experience in orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine. She joined MBST in October 2024 and previously served at two major hospitals followed by a transition to the industry, where she served as a medical manager overseeing the sports medicine division of a pharmaceutical company.
Dr. Schreiner earned her medical degree and subsequently completed her specialist training in orthopaedics, her doctoral thesis and habilitation, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and research in the field of orthopaedics. She also completed a research fellowship in the United States, further enhancing her expertise and contributing to her innovative approach to patient care.
Her clinical interests include joint preservation as well as replacement, minimally invasive surgical procedures, the treatment of complex musculoskeletal injuries and innovate holistic treatment approaches. Throughout her career, Dr. Schreiner has been actively involved in clinical research, contributing to advancements in orthopaedic practices and patient care.
She is also dedicated to medical education, mentoring the next generation of physicians at the University of Tübingen and at another institution. Dr. Schreiner's professional affiliations include memberships in various national orthopaedic and sports medicine societies, where she collaborates with peers to promote best practices and innovative treatments in musculoskeletal health.
Dr. Doug Lucas
Dr. Doug Lucas is a double board-certified orthopedic surgeon, osteoporosis and hormone specialist. He "retired" from orthopedics to further his mission to educate the world that osteoporosis is not only preventable but often reversible.
His personal health story led him to the world of functional medicine and biohacking, which he brings to the bone health space.
To help achieve his professional mission, Dr. Doug wrote two Amazon best-selling books, The Osteoporosis Breakthrough and Top 10 Reasons Why Your Hormones Are Failing You! He also started the hit YouTube channel The Dr. Doug Show: Bones, Hormones, and HealthSpan. He serves as the VP of Women’s Health, Hormone and Lifestyle Optimization at LifeMD as well as the team leader for his international osteoporosis community, The OsteoCollective. Dr. Doug now travels the globe spreading the message that bone and muscle health are THE KEY to longevity and HealthSpan!
Dr Amir Pakravan
Dr Pakravan is a Consultant Specialist in Sport, Exercise and Musculoskeletal Medicine, a Fellow of the UK Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM-UK), Fellow of the Ireland Faculty of Sport and Exercise Medicine (FSEM), an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Queen Mary University of London and a Visiting Senior Fellow at University of Suffolk, with further postgraduate qualifications in Musculoskeletal Ultrasonography and Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM).
He is a Board Member and Vice Chair of the European College of Sport and Exercise Physicians (ECOSEP) , having previously been Vice General Secretary of the College and Chair of the Fighting Physical Inactivity Committee. He represents ECOSEP in the World Health Organisation’s European network for Health Enhancing Physical Activity (WHO-HEPA Europe) where he has secured an Observer membership status for the College.
Dr Pakravan is the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to Super League Basketball, British professional Basketball league (formerly British Basketball League and Women’s British Basketball League), consulting club doctor to London Lions Basketball Club in British Basketball League and EuroCup, past consulting club doctor to Crystal Palace Football Club in English Premier League for 11 years, Medical and Wellbeing advisor to London Cognition, and past Medical Director of Surrey Ambulance Service.
Dr Pakravan worked and trained in Emergency Medicine before his higher specialist training in Sport and Exercise Medicine in Cambridge University Hospitals and Ipswich Hospital. He has extensive experience of work in elite sports including as a Field of Play Medical Team Leader during the London Olympic and Paralympic games, Itinerant Doctor to the Football Association for England teams, Medical Director to major international sporting events including World Taekwondo Grand Prix and World Para-Taekwondo Championship, Hockey World League Semi-finals, and Hockey Super-6s finals, also Medical Officer to England and GB Hockey, NBA London and Paris Games, and London Marathons and Triathlons.
Dr Pakravan has a number of publications in reputable medical journals and an extensive portfolio of lectures , keynote speeches and media appearance on various Sports / musculoskeletal medicine, and physical activity topics at national and international congresses, conferences, universities and meetings.
